Application: MOLACID® UND is primarily used as a topical antifungal agent for treating skin infections such as athlete’s foot, ringworm and jock itch. It is a key ingredient in dermatological formulations including creams, ointments, powders and liquids, often used as a zinc salt to reduce irritation. Due to its safety and fungistatic properties, it is also utilized in managing eczema and other superficial cutaneous fungal conditions.
