3 Solubility It is very slightly soluble in alcohol and in ether. Its solution is acid to litmus.
4 Lead Not more than 5 mg/kg.
5 Insoluble Foreign Matter In Amino Acids No fibers longer than 5 mm are present, and the total weight of any foreign matter present is not more than 5 mg/100 g of the sample.
6 Loss On Drying Not more than 0.2%.
7 Residue On Ignition (Sulfated Ash) Not more than 0.1%.
8 Assay Not less than 98.5% to not more than 101.5% of C2H5NO2on the dried basis.

PACKAGING

MOLACID® GLY is packed in HDPE bag or HDPE drum with double PE liners inside having bar-coded label and tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. Preserve in well-closed containers at room temperature.
